hm .. today's Effective communication lesson was damn intresting and chim also ... eheh... but i learn a lot of stuffs when communicating wif ppl .... learn how da re-arrange your words and put it in a form tat u wun offend others .. ehhee.. tat's intresting .. cause i think tat is y most of us have misunderstandings between each other .... i quoted a phrase from todays lesson .. but onli quote halfway cause nt enough time ... anyway here it goes :
